This list covers the most common jobs, but every home has its quirks: an old flat in the centre of Onda is not repaired the same way as a recent terraced house. If your fault is not listed here, describe it to me and I will tell you honestly whether I can take it on.
I also handle the small jobs that pile up: swapping three sockets, replacing a tap and checking a cistern in the same morning. Grouping them into one visit works out cheaper for you and lets me leave the whole house in order.
