Small repairs and home maintenance in Onda
Alongside plumbing and electrical work, I handle the small jobs that pile up at home and that are hard to find someone for.
The name says it: Multi Mano Servicios
Some jobs do not warrant calling a specialist, yet they sit unfinished for months: furniture to assemble, a shelf that has come loose, a door that catches, a fitting still waiting to go up. When I am already at your home for a water or power fault, dealing with them adds almost nothing to the visit.
This part is secondary and I want it to stay that way: my trade is plumbing and electrical work, and that is where I can stand behind what I do. Handyman jobs are the natural complement to a visit, not an open-ended list.
If your request falls outside what I do well, I will say so plainly rather than improvise. I would rather turn a job down than do it halfway.
In practice, nearly all these jobs arrive the same way: I come to change a tap or check a socket, and while I am there you point out the door that catches or the flat-pack that has sat half-built for weeks. Making use of the visit saves time and money, since the call-out is already made and the tools are already in the house.

Every job is different: the quote is tailored, clear and without obligation.
Every job is quoted according to its difficulty, the materials required and the time involved. For call-outs beyond my usual area a travel supplement may apply; it is always agreed with the customer beforehand.
My two specialities
Leaks and plumbing faults
Drips, leaking cisterns, hoses, traps and pipes: I check, trace the source and repair it.
Sockets and switches
I replace worn fittings, add new outlets and renew complete ranges.
Lighting
I fit lamps, ceiling lights, spotlights and LED strips, and create new lighting points.
Questions about handyman work
Can I group several small jobs into one visit?
That is exactly what I recommend. Grouping the dripping tap, the faulty socket and the shelf that needs fixing into one morning works out cheaper than three separate visits, and leaves the whole home in order.
What kind of work do you NOT do?
I do not do building or masonry work, nor anything requiring official certification I do not hold. I also do not build bespoke furniture. Tell me what you need and I will say clearly whether it falls within my scope.
Are these jobs quoted in advance too?
Yes, exactly as with plumbing and electrical work: I look at what needs doing and give you the price before starting, with no obligation on your part.
A leak, a faulty socket or a small renovation waiting to happen?
Tell me what is going on and I will tell you how I fix it. The quote comes with no obligation, and in Onda and nearby I get there fast.
